Below are your photo dates:

• Monday 3rd March, 2025

• Tuesday 4th March, 2025

• Wednesday 5th March, 2025

In the afternoon of Thursday the 27th February, you will notice a display in the foyer area, showcasing examples of prints and information for you to look through, to help make your choices on which packages you’d like to purchase.  You will also receive a flyer (copy attached) with a QR code on it, which will take you straight to the online registration form which will then re-direct you to your online ordering system.

How to register your child:

• Firstly, please click here to register your child.  This is an imperative step and MUST be done before you can order your prints and MUST be done before your child’s photo day. If you do not register your child, NO individual photos will be taken of your child.

Steps to ordering your prints:

• After you have registered your child, you will then need to order your prints online.  Click here to view your package options then add packages and keepsakes to your cart.

• Orders MUST be placed by Thursday the 27th February, 2025.  Any orders received after this date will incur late fees.  Please click here for further information regarding this, including terms and conditions if late fees haven’t been paid.

• Once you have decided on your print package and added them into your cart, you will then proceed to your checkout, where you’ll pay the full amount of your order, using PayPal.  If you don't have a PayPal account that's okay... you can continue to 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card'.  Please keep in mind if your child is in more than one class, but you only want one class photo, you will need to advise the photographer (via email - hello@teejayfintonphotography.com.au), which class photo you want to order. Alternatively, you can put this information in the ‘Special Requests’ section of the registration form. If you would like copies of your child in both classes, please ensure you add an additional class photo to your cart order.

• Please note that if for whatever reason, you purchase a package and your child is absent on photo day, every effort will be made to re-schedule your child’s individual photos to another scheduled centre photo date however, class photos will NOT be re-scheduled and they will be marked as absent.  Please also ensure your child arrives to the centre early on photo day, as the class photos are taken first thing in the morning and if a child arrives to the centre late and misses being in the class photo, they will be marked as absent in the photo.

• Once these steps are completed, all you have to do now, is wait for approximately 8-10 weeks after the last photo day, for your high quality Australian lab professional prints to be delivered to your Child Care Centre - it's that easy!  Please note that during difficult times, delivery timeframes may vary however, all efforts will be made to have prints delivered by the end of April.
