THE PROCESS

So, you have decided you want to update your family photos, capture special moments, update your social content or simply just wanting to know more. Choosing a photographer in itself, can be daunting. There are loads of amazing creatives in our region and every photographer has their own unique photographic style. Be sure to check out my portfolio and feel free to ask me anything at all. I live and breathe photography and I want you to have these digital images virtually everywhere imaginable and prints on your walls in your home and office. Once you have a date in mind, simply click ‘Book Now’ and follow the prompts, where you will fill out a little questionnaire (so I can get to know you and everyone attending your session better and ensure I fully understand your desires from now, right through to your final prints). You will also be required to agree to the terms and conditions then proceed to checkout, where full payment is required. This process will secure your booking. When you are locked in, you will receive confirmation of your booked session, where you will also receive my Location and Style Guides and a copy of my full Terms & Conditions. Please note that 30% of your booking is non-refundable. It is transferrable (within 12 months), if we need to reschedule. Terms and conditions apply.

If you provide your Pinterest User Name within the questionnaire, I’ll invite you to your very own personal Pinterest inspiration board, so we can bounce off each other so are on the same page.

In the lead up to your session, if you are undecided on wardrobe, send me through what you have, and I can assist you with making your choices. I also have contacts for other vendors like hair and makeup artists, cake decorators, event planners, fashion designers, accessories and even a graphic designer if you’d like any artwork created! Ladies, I highly recommend you treat yourself to have your hair and makeup professionally applied. This really does stand out in your photos, particularly lashes and brows!

Some people start to freak out and that’s totally normal. For a lot of people, this will be their first time in front of a camera, but I provide a very relaxed vibe to my sessions and if I’m honest, I’m kinda like a peeping tom, but in a non-creepy way. Just ignore me and pretend like I’m not even there! I like to take a candid approach, where possible and capture you in your most raw and natural environment with slight guidance, when needed. I know kids sometimes aren’t willing participants but rest assured… I have that covered! With parent’s permission, I have a little gift for them at the end of the session.

You will receive an email with a link to your online private gallery where you can download and share your images as you please. You will also be able to purchase additional digital prints and have access to my print store, which is linked only to Australian based professional photographic labs.
