What’s real life photography? Well, see your children, playing hopscotch, jumping on the trampoline or in puddles of water. Look at your partner playing dress ups with the kids, just to put a smile on their face and make them feel important… loved… safe. What about your elderly parents holding hands and gazing into each other’s eyes like they did when they first met. Or what about when you get out that nikko and have each family member line up to measure their heights. It’s these real-life moments that we often miss and don’t think twice about.

It’s these moments that, I know myself, regret not capturing because one day, our babies aren’t our babies anymore. There is no reason not to document life as we know it now – no matter how ‘boring’ or ‘ordinary‘ our daily lives may seem. These are the days that shape us to who we are today.
