Photo Day Attendance *

Please indicate your child's attendance. If your child doesn't attend one of the scheduled photo days, but you are wanting to purchase photos, please make arrangements to bring your child to Kool Beanz SUNS Harrup Park on either the Tuesday or Wednesday between 8:00am and 9:30am.

Late Fees *

In ticking the box below, the person registering the child for photos is aware and understands that late fees are to be paid if an order is placed after the due date (being Thursday the 27th February, 2025). The person registering is also aware that prints will not be provided until such late fees have been paid. Due dates can be found at the centre, within the Family Information on the photographer's website, or on flyers provided around the centre and to families.

Photo Delivery Timeframe *

Families understand that photos will be delivered to the centre approximately 8 weeks after the last photo day. No request to receive prints or digitals will be granted before this timeframe.
