I am looking forward to visiting your centre from the 3rd till the 5th March to capture your children’s photos. 

Below is all the information you need about photo days. Please have a read through, so you are familiar and if you have any questions, please contact me. 

It's SUPER important that you register for photos prior to photo day so that I can marry up your child to your order and if I don’t receive a registration by photo day, I will only take one photo of your child, purely for the class photo. Please also DOUBLE CHECK your email address is correct when registering your child/children, as this is where I will communicate with you and deliver your digitals.

 

HOW IT WORKS:

I will photograph individual photos, commencing at 7:00am sharp, so please ensure your child arrives early on photo day. 

The individual photos will be a variety of portraits and play-based photos within the centre grounds and I will photograph the children under the guidance from the centre staff, who will assist me with each child’s interest and when they are ready to be photographed. 

Registration is VITAL so I can contact you, receive your permissions, marry up your order to your child and email your online private gallery to you.

Please be aware that there is NO set day that your child will be photographed! If your child is in say Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, we may not get to photograph them until the Wednesday. It is the family’s responsibility to inform the photographer if they want their child photographed on a particular day. If we photograph your child one day and you have forgotten to have them dressed in a particular outfit or have their hair done to your liking or forget it’s photo day, we cannot guarantee to retake photos or return on an alternate day. Another situation would be if your child is in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and we don’t get to your child until Wednesday and they are away… In this circumstance, families will be contacted via email to discuss providing just a class photo and a partial refund or a full refund (less processing fees).

Without registration, your child will only have 1 individual photo taken, purely for the class photo. If after photo day, you would like this photo, you will still need to register your child and you’ll only have the option to purchase a digital, once the gallery is delivered. NO prints will be available to be purchased after photo day.

If you do want individual photos of your child, but don’t want them to be in the class photo, please place this information in the ‘Special Requests’ section of your registration form and also advise your Centre Director of this, so they can inform the photographer. Additionally, if you don’t want any photos taken of your child at all and you don’t want them in the class photo, you must indicate this to your director, who is to inform the photographer in writing! Any child who’s photo isn’t taken or is absent on photo days, will be marked as absent on the class photo.

The timeframe to delivery your prints to your centre is approximately 8 weeks after the last photo day.
