To avoid any disappointment and incur any late fees, please ensure your registrations and orders are completed by the due date, indicated to you and your centre.

REGRISTRATIONS: If you do not register your child before their allocated photo day, NO photo will be taken of them, apart from within the traditional class photo.

ORDERS: If orders are received after the due date, you will need to make a late payment, via the online store. Depending on lateness, will depend on your late fee. See ‘Late Order Fees’ in the Kindy Photo Packages for more info. Please also note that you will not receive your prints and/or digital files until this late payment has been received. With any late orders (especially after photo day), there are no guarantees that you will receive prints that you have ordered (ie: if you order a Kooky Kollage after photo day, this print will not be able to be created, as the photographer would not have been informed that these photos needed to be taken).

A Traditional style photo will be taken on your allocated child’s class photo day. This is done first up and being a traditional group photo, it has its challenges, but I am big on having this traditional group photo, as these days, most ‘group’ photos are composite and traditional group photos give the feel of togetherness. The group photo will commence at 9:00am sharp, as I find this is the best time to get the children’s full attention in a group setting. They are also clean, hair is neat and tidy and they are excited! Please ensure your child arrives to kindy on time (if not, a bit earlier), to ensure there is no hold ups with this process. Group photos cannot be held off until every child arrives, as the children loose their focus and it impacts the rest of the day. Please make sure your child is there on time, so they don’t miss out being in the class photo. Any child not present for this photo (sick, late, etc), will be marked as absent and their photo will not be included in the class group photo. Sometimes, some children get overwhelmed with this process and may choose not to be in the class photo. TFP takes no responsibility with regards to this and if you have purchased a class photo, all efforts will be made to have your child present however, due to some circumstances, this may not occur. I cannot offer refunds due to this. Please note that class photos are offered as a PRINT ONLY and are included in photo packages or can be purchased on its own.

Only siblings who attend the Emmanuel Kindergarten centre will be eligible to get their sibling photo. Please fill out a registration for each enrolled child you have that attends the centre. Each of your enrolled children will have their own photo gallery. The sibling photos taken of your children together will be placed into only one of your child's photo galleries. A package for each child separately will need to be ordered. Mixing of photos from each gallery into 1 package is not permitted.

After the group photo, we jump straight into the individual photos, which will be a variety of portraits and fun play photos within the kindy grounds with the use of props, play equipment and nature. I will photograph these from 9:15am until approximately 1:00pm under the guidance from the kindy staff, who will assist me with each child’s interest and when each child is ready to be photographed.

Kooky Kindy Kollage is a unique, personalised and fun way to capture your child’s silly side. Please note that the kooky results will vary, depending on each child’s personality and co-operation on photo day.

Digital Images
Each registered family who orders individual photos will receive an email within 24-48 hours after delivery of physical prints to the Kindy (typically 6-8 weeks after last photo day - please check junk/spam folders). The email will tell you how to view your child's photo gallery, download your digital image/s (as per your pre-purchased package) and if you want to purchase any additional digital images, you can add them to your cart and pay at checkout then download straight away. On delivery of your digital images, you will be provided with a print release, which gives you permission to print your images wherever you like, for personal use only.

Print Orders
All print orders will be delivered to your centre for collection approximately 6-8 weeks after the last photo day, pending any delays with Australia Post, print labs, technical issues, and/or due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please note that the selection of photos for your prints will be at the discretion of the photographer and your photos will be printed at a high-quality print lab within Australia. No print orders will be placed after photo day, unless agreed directly with the photographer, where additional fees will be charged.
